Seequent Evo
About Seequent Evo
Introduced in March 2025 at PDAC in Toronto, Seequent Evo is a cloud-based platform designed to centralise geoscience data management and collaboration across Seequent's entire product ecosystem and third-party applications. Evo brings together data from MX Deposit, Leapfrog, Central, and other tools into a single accessible source with consistent data structures, open APIs, and cross-platform connectivity.
Evo includes two native applications: BlockSync (block model management and real-time collaboration) and Driver (cloud-based exploratory data analysis using machine learning). It features geospatial search capabilities, versioning, audit trails, and data governance tools, representing Seequent's strategic direction toward a unified platform approach.
As a platform rather than a standalone database product, Evo is best understood as the connective tissue binding Seequent's portfolio together. It does not replace MX Deposit or Central but provides the overarching data governance and collaboration layer that ties them — and third-party data sources — into a unified system of record.

1point
by Flout Software
1point is a cloud-based geological data management system hosted on Microsoft Azure. It serves as a centralised repository for geoscientific data including drillhole collar data, lithology logs, sampling results, downhole geophysics (LAS files), and topographic point clouds. The system is multi-commodity with built-in dictionaries (including CoalLog standard) for data validation, and supports flexible, dynamic table building with unlimited columns and data storage.
Datamine Fusion
by Datamine
Datamine Fusion (current version: Fusion XI) is a purpose-built geological data management system designed for mining and exploration companies that need to centralise, validate, and govern drillhole, sample, and assay data. It supports the full data lifecycle from field collection through to downstream consumption by resource modellers and mine planners. Key features include a distributed database architecture with centralised control, check-in/check-out technology for data integrity, user-defined filters, full security models, and scheduled data transfers for multi-site deployments.
Datamine LIMS
by Datamine
Acquired from AssayNet Inc. in May 2023, Datamine LIMS (branded as 'AssayNet by Datamine') is a client/server LIMS built specifically for minerals and environmental laboratories. It is ASTM Level II compliant and covers end-to-end laboratory workflows from sample reception and preparation through analysis, QC review, and certified result reporting. Features include barcode/QR code integration, QC protocols with Shewhart charts and bias/precision analysis, an extensive instrument data capture library, invoicing, stock management, and full audit trail.
DataShed5
by maxgeo
DataShed5 is a web-based geological data management system built for the mining and exploration industries. Hosted on AWS, it provides centralised storage, validation, import, and management of geoscientific data including drillhole collars, assay results, downhole surveys, pXRF readings, hyperspectral data, and daily drilling reports (PLODs). The system is offered in three access tiers — Administrator, User Plus, and User — with configurable permissions and granular access controls.
