Seequent Central is a cloud-based geological model management and collaboration platform. Unlike MX Deposit, which manages raw drillhole and sample data, Central focuses on managing geological models and project files. It integrates with Leapfrog, GeoStudio, PLAXIS, Oasis montaj, and IMDEX HUB-IQ for seamless model version management, project branching for modelling alternative scenarios, and interactive 3D model sharing via URL links — even for stakeholders without software licences.

Central occupies a distinct niche within data management. Rather than a drillhole database, it is a model management and collaboration layer that ensures geological models are versioned, auditable, and accessible across an organisation. It serves as the governance backbone for tracking how geological interpretations evolve over time and who made which changes.
