GIM Suite is acQuire's flagship geoscientific information management platform, designed to capture, validate, manage, and deliver geological data across desktop, web, and mobile interfaces. It provides a standardised architecture serving as a single source of truth for an organisation's geoscientific data — covering drillhole collar data, surface sampling, coal quality, geological observations, geotechnical and hydrogeological monitoring, down-hole geophysics, assay results, and drilling contract management.
The software enforces data validation rules from the point of capture, ensuring data integrity regardless of where, how, or by whom data is collected. Full audit trail capabilities support governance and compliance with reporting codes such as JORC and NI 43-101. GIM Suite's REST API enables integration with third-party mining software systems, and it is supported by an active user community, learning portal, user conferences, and a global technical support network. GIM Suite 5.5 (November 2025) introduced pre-configured data capture tasks for various drilling and sampling methods.
