Fly2Work connects planning, site access and compliance, rostering, commercial and charter travel, canteen, cleaning, and accommodation management for remote sites into a single platform. Originally developed by Brisbane-based Ionyx and deployed by BHP Minerals Americas across a 52,000+ personnel workforce, Fly2Work was acquired by Quartex in December 2025 and is now integrated into the Quartex product suite.

Designed specifically for DIDO (drive-in, drive-out) workers and lone operators, the Journey Management System provides automatic notifications via geofenced checkpoints and integrates with in-vehicle fatigue tracking cameras and satellite handheld devices. It fills a critical gap in workforce safety for mining operations where workers travel long distances by road rather than by charter flight.

Quartex Environmental Management addresses environmental compliance needs across mining and resource operations. It provides tools for managing environmental obligations, monitoring environmental conditions across air, water, and soil, tracking rehabilitation progress, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple sites and jurisdictions. The solution was originally developed by K2fly as part of its Resource Governance platform before the INX/K2fly merger created Quartex.

These solutions originated from INX Software's 25+ years serving complex, remote, and high-risk operations in mining and construction.

Quartex Land Management provides tools for mining companies to manage complex land access planning, tenure, heritage management, ground disturbance permitting, and associated obligations. The solution helps companies maintain their social licence to operate by ensuring proper management of indigenous heritage, land agreements, and regulatory requirements across exploration and operating tenements.

Quartex MRMR Disclosures is a specialised solution for managing Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserve compliance and public disclosure. It helps listed mining companies produce compliant resource and reserve statements in accordance with JORC, NI 43-101, SAMREC, and other global reporting codes — a critical governance requirement for publicly listed operators.

A purpose-built workforce logistics platform for managing FIFO and remote workforces at scale. The system centralises planning, approving, and overseeing worker trips from start to finish — encompassing roster management, flight scheduling, accommodation management, site access control, waitlist management, live worker itineraries, and real-time disruption handling.
