Quartex Workforce Management
About Quartex Workforce Management
A purpose-built workforce logistics platform for managing FIFO and remote workforces at scale. The system centralises planning, approving, and overseeing worker trips from start to finish — encompassing roster management, flight scheduling, accommodation management, site access control, waitlist management, live worker itineraries, and real-time disruption handling. Previously known as the INX SAM Suite and INX InFlight, the platform has mobilised 80,000+ workers to and from remote sites.
The platform integrates with the broader Quartex ecosystem covering training compliance, safety management, and contractor management. Configurable workflows accommodate the specific operational requirements of mining sites across different jurisdictions and roster patterns. Designed for operations that mobilise large numbers of FIFO workers across charter and commercial aviation networks.
Following the December 2025 acquisition of Ionyx assets, Quartex has expanded its platform to absorb the Fly2Work and Journey Management System capabilities, further broadening coverage from in-vehicle DIDO safety through to camp and charter flight logistics.
