Fly2Work
About Fly2Work
Fly2Work connects planning, site access and compliance, rostering, commercial and charter travel, canteen, cleaning, and accommodation management for remote sites into a single platform. Originally developed by Brisbane-based Ionyx and deployed by BHP Minerals Americas across a 52,000+ personnel workforce, Fly2Work was acquired by Quartex in December 2025 and is now integrated into the Quartex product suite.
The platform was engineered to handle the complexity of very large FIFO operations — multiple charter routes, camp accommodation allocation, ground transport, and canteen bookings — coordinated within a single booking and logistics engine. Its scale and operational depth with major tier-1 mining operators distinguish it from smaller FIFO rostering tools.
Now part of Quartex, Fly2Work extends the platform's capabilities in travel logistics and camp operations coordination, complementing the core Quartex Workforce Management suite for operations requiring granular travel and accommodation management.
