An AI and machine-learning-powered predictive fatigue risk management platform that provides hour-by-hour fatigue risk scores (ReadiScores) for each operator. The platform can operate without wearables by integrating with existing time and attendance and scheduling systems. Key modules include ReadiSupervise (supervisor mobile dashboard with real-time fatigue data and one-tap intervention logging) and ReadiAnalytics (HSE dashboard for benchmarking, hotspot identification, and schedule comparison).

The system generates 14-day fatigue risk forecasts and shift-by-shift crew fatigue heatmaps, enabling mining companies to proactively adjust rosters before fatigue events occur. Over 90% sensitivity in survey-based fatigue predictions. The platform is validated by the SAFTE biomathematical model, the same model used by NASA, the FAA, and the US military for fatigue risk assessment.

Readi is deployed across mining operations at Glencore, Newmont, Barrick Gold, Thiess, First Quantum Minerals, and Newcrest (Lihir mine). Twenty mine sites had adopted Readi site-wide as of early 2023. The platform is particularly suited to haul truck and heavy equipment operators where fatigue-related incidents carry the highest consequence.
