MineRP WorkManager

MineRP WorkManager extends the short-term mine plan created in MineRP's Enterprise Production Scheduler directly into the shift. It handles the immediate scheduling of work — assigning tasks to specific workplaces and matching them against appropriate resources — then tracks execution progress against the plan in real time.

WorkManager bridges the gap between strategic and tactical scheduling and on-the-ground execution. By integrating with the full MineRP Platform, changes during a shift are reflected upward through medium- and long-term plans, allowing operations teams to understand how operational deviations affect strategic intent. The result is a continuous planning capability where each shift is the next increment in the life-of-mine plan.

The tool is designed for both underground and open pit operations and is part of Epiroc's 6th Sense digital offering. It works in conjunction with MineRP's spatial planning tools and 3D visualization capabilities including SpatialDash and SpatialAnalyzer.
