About MineRP Platform
The MineRP Platform is an open, standards-based digital integration platform that integrates the fragmented technical services domain of a mine, enabling planning from life-of-mine through to detailed shift scheduling. At its core, the Enterprise Production Scheduler is a Gantt-chart-based scheduler for both underground and open pit operations, handling production and non-production tasks in a single enterprise schedule. EPS integrates with the MineRP CATe (Capability, Activity, Time and Environment) database.
The platform's patented Unified Business Planning capability creates full bidirectional integration between mine plans and ERP systems including SAP and Microsoft Dynamics. This allows financial and operational systems to share a single source of truth, reducing reconciliation effort and improving decision quality. Additional modules include MineRP Planner for parametric mine design and sequencing, 3D visualization tools (SpatialDash, SpatialAnalyzer), and integration modules for operational feedback.
Deployed across more than two decades at hard rock, coal, and precious metals operations globally, the platform is positioned as the planning backbone for mine operations and short interval control workflows. The July 2025 Rosh Pinah (Namibia) deployment demonstrated improved production tonnes and grade quality through the Integrated Operating Schedule capability.
