CiteOps

CiteOps (formerly Fewzion) is an enterprise-grade, cloud-native operations planning and execution platform built for Short Interval Control in mining and metals. The platform provides integrated work management, shift-level scheduling, resource availability planning, and mobile execution capabilities. Key modules include the Planning Board (a visual shift planning tool), Scheduler (Gantt-style view showing location, equipment, and personnel dependencies), and My Shift Resourcing (personnel rosters, skills qualifications, and equipment allocation).

The system breaks shifts into short intervals for real-time monitoring and mid-course corrections. Plans are pushed directly to iOS/Android mobile apps and a progressive web app, making it deployable in underground environments with intermittent connectivity. CiteOps supports the Plan-Do-Check-Act methodology and includes an Operations Digital Twin capability for comparing planned versus actual performance. Version 25.3 introduced a Project Works module for managing enabling activities alongside production tasks.

Commit Works also offers CiteVis (real-time operational reporting and performance visualization) and CiteMap (an interactive digital map providing spatial visualization of plans, personnel, equipment, hazards, and work progress). The platform serves major miners across underground coal, hard rock, open cut, and smelter environments on five continents.
