Duetto Analytics consolidates airflow, gas, particulate, and environmental data from all Maestro IIoT devices into a single interface. The platform provides mining teams with visibility and control over their underground ventilation network, offering instant access to sensor health, calibration status, and alarm history. By centralizing environmental data, Duetto enables teams to proactively identify potential issues before they cause production stoppages.

The platform works with Maestro's hardware ecosystem: Vigilante AQS V2 and Zephyr AQS air quality stations, MaestroFlex automated regulators, and the Plexus PowerNet last-mile communication network. Surface-based teams can make faster ventilation decisions that directly impact production — miners return to the face sooner after blasting when real-time data confirms safe conditions, with clients reporting up to one additional production hour per shift.

Duetto integrates with Ventsim LiveVIEW, Ventsim Control, and VUMA3D ventilation modelling software, positioning it within the broader underground ventilation software ecosystem. The product is deployed across 150+ mines in 38+ countries.
