Minemax Planner

Minemax Planner is rapid strategic planning software focused on pit optimisation and project evaluation. It guides users from block model import through pit optimisation (Lerchs-Grossmann algorithm), nested pit shells, pushback generation, to NPV-optimal schedules. Planner handles large datasets efficiently and supports multiple elements and commodities.

Planner can be used as a standalone pit optimiser or with integrated pushback generation and scheduling. Independent benchmarks have shown significant speed advantages on large-scale models compared to GEOVIA Whittle, completing optimisation runs on 16.2M-block models where Whittle could not complete after 40 hours.
