Cognomine

Give Cognomine a block model, prices and constraints, including equipment classes, and it recommends dig order and fleet size, a block-by-block schedule with fleet assignments at monthly granularity. It returns a practical plan in minutes, so planners and study teams can test far more scenarios than legacy tools allow and reoptimise as site conditions change. It also shows which constraints are holding and where.

Cognomine is built for strategic, life-of-mine, and medium term planning on open-pit metals projects, from scoping studies through to operating mines. It does not yet do detailed pit design or short-term dispatch. Pricing is published and outcome-based, charged per plan credit. We are currently beta testing for Australian customers but plan to launch in other countries soon.
