MaxMine Pulse

by MaxMineMine Operations / Short Interval Control

About MaxMine Pulse

MaxMine Pulse is MaxMine's dedicated Short Interval Control product for open-pit mining, designed for operations that do not yet have fleet management technology. Pulse moves operations beyond paper-based tracking by providing near real-time data on cycle times, payloads, loading performance, and circuit efficiency. The platform captures operational data and links shift planning to in-shift transparency, so variances are understood and proactive decisions can be made before they compound.

Pulse includes an interface between planning and production (ensuring realistic shift targets), live asset locations with individual circuit performance views, and automated activity classification. With an estimated 2–5% of tonnes lost through intra-shift inefficiencies at typical open-pit sites, Pulse gives supervisors the ability to respond to variances in real time. The control room dashboard is accessible from any desktop or tablet.

MaxMine also offers MaxMine Impact (deeper fleet optimization for sites with existing FMS technology, including operator behaviour analytics, haul road condition monitoring, and incident reconstruction) and MaxMine Carbon (Scope 1 emissions tracking). All products share the MaxCube cloud platform and MaxHub interface.
