UG Pro is an underground fleet management and mine control system that monitors mobile assets for run-time statistics, provides recommendations to optimise fleet utilization, and integrates with short-interval control scheduling. It features a reporting engine for scenario modeling, a common industrial tablet platform for operators, and standard SQL databases enabling integration with third-party BI and ERP tools.

UG Pro improves communication underground between the control room and mobile equipment operators, increases operating capacity, and reduces unplanned maintenance downtime on drills and LHDs through proactive scheduling recommendations. Its modular architecture allows mines to deploy only the components they need — location tracking, production monitoring, shift management, or maintenance integration — and scale as operations mature or expand.
