Eagle Insights
About Eagle Insights
A cloud-based AI analytics platform providing longer-term data analytics to predict and reduce systemic drowsiness risk across mining operations. Features include the real-time IRIS fleet dashboard, SMS and email alerts, and comprehensive reporting at driver, site, and organisational levels. Helps mining organisations quantify the impact of drowsiness from individual operator through to senior management, enabling data-driven fatigue policy decisions.
Eagle Insights aggregates JDS data from all Eagle Industrial and Eagle Light devices across a site or fleet, identifying patterns such as shift structures that consistently produce high drowsiness scores, routes with higher fatigue incidence, or individual operators with recurrent risk profiles. This systemic view enables proactive policy changes — roster adjustments, shift timing changes, targeted interventions — rather than reactive responses to individual events.
The analytics platform connects the operational data from in-cab devices to the management reporting that safety and operations leaders need to demonstrate compliance with fatigue risk management obligations.

More Workforce & Roster Management Software
ADP WorkForce Suite
by WorkForce Software
A cloud-based workforce management platform with capabilities for time and attendance, employee scheduling, forecasting, leave and absence management, and employee communications. For the natural resources and mining sector, it manages complex crew scheduling, production-based shift allocation, regulatory and safety compliance, overtime equalisation for union rules, and cost allocation to departments, projects, and work orders.
CRU Rostering
by Cru Software
A cloud-based intelligent rostering platform that manages entire workforce rosters from a single interface across multiple locations. Features include automated and optimised rostering, fatigue and EBA compliance management, skills-based resourcing, horizon and scenario planning, and self-service for workers (availability submissions, shift swaps, and roster viewing). The optimisation engine dynamically creates compliant rosters by simultaneously considering fatigue rules, break requirements, certifications, employee preferences, and site-specific award conditions.
CRU Scheduling
by Cru Software
Built for managing large, intricate teams and scheduling thousands of operations and maintenance activities across multiple sites. Offers three levels of automation — manual, semi-automated, and fully optimised automatic scheduling — allowing operations to adopt the level of automation that suits their data maturity and planning processes.
