MyPass Global

MyPass Global is an Australian technology company providing workforce compliance management software, founded around 2013 in Perth. The platform gives each worker a unique digital Skills Passport to store validated training records, licences, and certifications, while employers and sites access aggregated compliance data in real time. Workers self-manage their credentials, and MyPass independently verifies documentation.

MyPass secured a landmark contract with BHP to deliver BHP's Global Contractor System (GCS) — the enterprise-wide central record for BHP's service contractor workforce across approximately 120,000 workers and 12,000 organisations. Rollout started at Nickel West (November 2022) and Spence Mine, Chile (January 2023). The company has been adopted by 24% of the APAC energy resources sector, made Deloitte's 2023 Tech Fast 50 list, and raised A$7.5M in Series A funding from Scalare Partners and OneVentures.
