Timesheets are submitted via the TOKN mobile app and routed through configurable approval workflows before flowing to payroll. Offline capture ensures workers can complete timesheets in areas without connectivity, with data syncing when a connection is available. The system integrates with major payroll platforms used in the Australian mining sector including SAP, MYOB, Xero, and Pronto.
Designed as a companion to RosterPro, Timesheet+ closes the loop between roster assignment and payroll processing, reducing the administrative overhead of manual timesheet reconciliation for mining contractors managing large FIFO workforces.
