About JKSimFloat
JKSimFloat is a general-purpose flotation simulation package integrating data analysis and circuit simulation for minerals processing. Models developed from extensive flotation research at the JKMRC have been applied to over 100 flotation operations worldwide across base metals and precious metals processing.
The software serves plant metallurgists, design engineers, researchers, and consultants looking to optimise flotation circuit design and predict performance under varying operating conditions and feed characteristics. JKSimFloat works alongside JKSimMet to provide combined comminution and flotation circuit modeling capability, covering two of the most critical unit operations in most mineral processing plants.
Like JKSimMet, JKSimFloat is based on validated models from JKMRC research and benefits from the strong ties between JKTech's commercial products and ongoing research activity at the University of Queensland.
