FleetOps

FleetOps automatically captures production data, cycle times, and equipment utilization through GPS tracking and algorithmic interpretation — no in-cab operator screens or input required. This eliminates data-entry burden on operators while providing accurate production reporting, KPI tracking, and asset utilization metrics. The store-and-forward architecture eliminates the need for expensive site-wide wireless connectivity. FleetOps partners with Australian hardware firm Motium for rugged, OEM-agnostic edge computing devices.

FleetOps 2.0, launched at IMARC October 2025, features a redesigned interface specifically for production supervisors, delivering live operational insights for hitting production and safety targets. The companion Cycle Time Efficiency (CTE) analytics tool uses AI to visualize real-time causes of haul cycle variability — described as a "Google Traffic maps" equivalent for mine haul roads.
