A transportation booking platform that manages the complete travel lifecycle for FIFO workers — charter flights, ground transport, marine vessels, and commercial airline bookings. EnRoute synchronises with SmartLodge so that room bookings and travel bookings are coordinated, preventing mismatches where workers arrive at camp without accommodation booked or accommodation is held without transport arranged.

Supports multi-leg journeys across different transport modes — for example, a commercial flight from a capital city, followed by a charter flight to the mine airstrip, followed by ground transport to camp. Managing this end-to-end across large FIFO rotations with hundreds of workers per swing is a coordination challenge that manual processes and generic travel booking tools handle poorly.

The integration with SmartLodge's accommodation management creates a single reservation record linking travel and accommodation, reducing the administrative overhead of managing these separately and providing site coordinators with a real-time view of worker movements.
