Deswik.OPS extends mine planning into operational execution, providing real-time shift management and compliance-to-plan monitoring. It includes an Operator App that brings planning tools to field operations, allowing operators to view tasks directly from the shift schedule and record progress.

The tool bridges the planning office and on-the-ground execution. It competes with CiteOps (formerly Fewzion) and RPMGlobal's XECUTE in the short-interval control space.
