HAULSIM is RPMGlobal's flagship discrete event simulation software purpose-built for mining haulage. Its 3D DES engine connects fleet assets, mining operational plans, and people to build a digital twin of any mining operation — both open pit and underground. The software models the complex, dynamic nature of a mine site in its entirety, capturing the variability, interactions, and dependencies that occur across haulage systems.

MinePlanner is RPMGlobal's next-generation scheduling product and strategic successor to XPAC. It combines all mining methods and commodities into a single platform with an Enterprise backend, whereas XPAC maintains commodity-specific packages. MinePlanner introduces 'Smart Scheduling' — a heuristic-based engine with automated, manual, and hybrid approaches — and is 100% script-free, using pre-defined logic to automate tedious processes.

ShiftManager is RPMGlobal's operational-level SIC tool, providing a single integrated web-based plan for short-term execution. It increases visibility of both productive and enabling tasks, delivers real-time updates on shift progress, and enables corrective actions early in the shift when deviations from plan occur. A native mobile application supports field use by supervisors and operators.

SIMULATE is RPMGlobal's DES platform specifically designed for Original Equipment Manufacturers. Where HAULSIM serves mining companies directly, SIMULATE is the OEM-facing counterpart — enabling equipment manufacturers to build digital twins of mining operations to demonstrate their equipment's quantified value to prospective customers.

TALPAC-3D investigates fleet options, builds fleets, and accurately forecasts future productivity for open pit mining operations. It is the modern evolution of RPMGlobal's legacy TALPAC product — originally released in 1979 and now updated with a game-inspired 3D user interface that makes fleet productivity modeling significantly more accessible.

XECUTE bridges mine planning and operational execution. It provides planners with the most up-to-date schedule inputs and automatically pushes schedule outputs to downstream systems including operations, maintenance, and logistics departments.

XPAC Solutions is a suite of commodity-based mine planning and scheduling software built on RPMGlobal's decades of mining expertise.
