XYCLE is Minviro's proprietary Life Cycle Assessment software platform, available as a SaaS product at xycle.app. It connects data, teams, and insights — turning complex supply chain information into actionable models and visual reports. The platform features automated supply chain data collection, seamless integration with existing systems, customisable datasets, and collaborative multi-user workflows with flexible permissions. When supplier data changes, models update instantly, keeping compliance reporting audit-ready.
XYCLE supports ISO 14040 and ISO 14044-compliant LCA processes including full lifecycle tracing from extraction to end-of-life, covering 16 environmental impact categories. Key features include a Supplier Products system for importing data from supply chain partners, transparent foreground and background data modelling, and intuitive visualisations accessible to non-LCA specialists. The platform integrates with TÜV SÜD for third-party verification.
While Minviro's origins are in mining and critical raw materials, XYCLE's applicability extends to batteries, energy transition technologies, and chemical production. It includes mining-specific functionality such as stripping ratio modelling and mining-specific reference datasets.
