CompliantMine is built for environmental and compliance teams at mining operators, including environmental managers, compliance officers, HSE coordinators and regulatory affairs staff. Teams upload permits and ESIA documents and turn their conditions, commitments and deadlines into a searchable obligations register, with extracted items reviewed by the team. Each obligation can have an owner, due date and attached evidence, such as photos, monitoring reports and sign-offs. Findings can be tracked through corrective actions to closure, and inspection packs can be exported to PDF. Site and operations teams can use it to see what is due and supply evidence. It is not a mine planning, processing or exploration tool, and it is not a full EHS suite.
