Wencolite Fleet Management System

Wencolite is a lighter-weight FMS designed for smaller mining operations and quarries that need fundamental fleet visibility without the cost and complexity of a full enterprise deployment. It does not require site-wide wireless network infrastructure, keeping installation and ongoing maintenance costs low while delivering dump truck tracking, peer-to-peer communication between machines, and excavator/truck performance reporting.

Wencolite captures core production cycle data and shift reports, providing shift supervisors with the operational visibility needed to identify productivity losses and equipment issues. It serves as a stepping stone for smaller mines that may eventually scale to full Wencomine, giving operations a practical path to progressive digitalization without upfront commitment to enterprise-grade infrastructure or capital expenditure.
