MT OneMine

MT OneMine is Mining TAG's flagship FMS designed specifically for underground mining. Equipment is fitted with sensors and field computers, while RFID tagging tracks equipment location throughout the mine. The system uses machine learning — trained on sensor data — to automatically detect operational activities such as bucket loading, translating raw data into automatic bucket load counting and productivity metrics.

The web-based dashboard provides equipment location and performance overview, supporting real-time problem-solving. The underground dispatch mode allows manual or automatic task assignment, coordinating with the control room or mine manager to maximize production cycles. When problems arise, the platform enables easy reallocation of workplaces and equipment. Documented benefits include up to 30-minute decreases in shift-change times and significant hauling/loading productivity improvements. Deployed at Codelco's El Teniente since 2016.
