Mine4D Production

Mine4D Production is iVolve's flagship FMS, enabling real-time decision-making through in-cab operator feedback and complete truck load cycle monitoring. It captures tonnage, load pass details, material type, load/dump locations, activity and delay codes, and vehicle state. A real-time site-wide view with user-friendly graphics aids dispatch personnel and shift managers.

The platform uses automated production cycle tracking through a combination of simple in-cab input and intelligent GPS-based location awareness. It supports all surface equipment regardless of OEM. Data transmits via iVolve's proprietary wireless mesh network. A lower-cost entry point, Mine4D Go, is available for operations seeking basic monitoring at reduced cost via a hybrid subscription model.
