GroundHog FMS Open Pit

GroundHog's open-pit FMS delivers real-time monitoring of all surface activities from production bench to central office. It provides AI-driven dispatch optimization, automated load counting, GPS tracking, geofencing, and payload monitoring for any OEM equipment. The system runs on commercially available tablets, dramatically reducing hardware costs, and connects via open APIs with SAP, ArcGIS, and mine planning software.

The platform also includes Short Interval Control (SIC), an AI-based scheduler that auto-generates daily mine plans by sequencing activities, equipment, and personnel. Integrated telematics capture payload, engine data, fuel consumption, and fault codes. A collision avoidance system activates alarms and can auto-stop equipment to prevent incidents.
