About Delta E2
Delta E2 is Dyno Nobel's proprietary software for controlling the explosive energy profile within blastholes based on geological and drill data. The Preload desktop application enables users to import data from smart drills, GPS, databases, Excel files, and Dyno Nobel mobile applications to create targeted loading plans where different emulsion densities can be applied to each borehole — and up to six different densities within segments of a single borehole.
Users can visualise rock hardness profiles using colour coding, generate custom loading profiles, and send loading instructions directly to DynoLogix (Dyno Nobel's in-truck control system). Delta E2 complements ViewShot 3D by addressing the explosive loading dimension, making it a key component of Dyno Nobel's precision blasting approach.
