About Veracio
Veracio was created in February 2023 as a standalone company from Boart Longyear's Geological Data Services division, representing the strategic separation of the drilling OEM's decade-long investment in sensing, automation, and AI into a dedicated geoscience technology business. Under CEO Annelie Lundström (former co-founder of Minalyze, appointed June 2024), Veracio's mission is to transform how the mining industry captures, analyses, and interprets geological information from the drill core.
The company's portfolio expanded significantly with its US$29.3M acquisition of Swedish core scanning pioneer Minalyze in September 2023, consolidating Veracio's position as a global leader in core scanning technology.
