PeopleTray is a Perth-based technology company providing cloud-based FIFO workforce management solutions for mining operations in remote, hazardous environments. Founded by Tony Hampton, PeopleTray was acquired by Datamine Software in January 2024, joining a growing portfolio of mining technology solutions under Constellation Software's Vela Software division. Datamine serves 6,000+ companies across 20 countries from 29 global offices.

PeopleTray's core strength is its integrated approach — combining FIFO rostering, flight management, camp and accommodation management, training compliance, safety incident reporting, and contractor management in a single platform purpose-built for mining. The acquisition by Datamine positions PeopleTray alongside mine planning, geological modelling, and production reporting tools, creating a broader mining operations software suite under the Constellation Software umbrella.
