Cru Software

Cru Software is an Australian provider of intelligent workforce rostering and scheduling software built for complex operations across mining, oil and gas, utilities, engineering services and heavy industry. Our platform helps businesses replace spreadsheets and legacy systems with a single, configurable solution that manages rosters, projects, fatigue, compliance, travel and workforce communication. With real-time visibility across employees, contractors and field workers, organisations can improve mobilisation speed, reduce administrative workload and ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.

Key mining clients include Harmony Gold (2,800+ employees in Papua New Guinea), Field Mining Services, Wisely Group, Minprovise, and Ellico. CEO Jason Cameron was named Most Influential CEO 2025/26. The platform's mathematical optimisation differentiator — automatically creating rosters that comply with fatigue rules, EBA requirements, skill matrices, and worker preferences — sets it apart from manual or spreadsheet-based alternatives used at many mine sites.
