OnQMS

OnQMS is an accreditation evidence module for laboratories that run OnLIMS. It organises the records an assessor asks for under ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO/IEC 17020: document control, personnel competence and authorisations, equipment and calibration, method validation, proficiency testing, nonconformities and corrective actions, internal audits and management review. Because it works on the same OnLIMS database, evidence links back to real samples, results and instruments instead of separate spreadsheets. Country packs map the requirements of national accreditation bodies, including INACAL (Peru), INN (Chile), IBMETRO (Bolivia), ema (Mexico) and ENAC (Spain). OnQMS works only with OnLIMS and is licensed separately, with a perpetual licence.
