Minetrack

Minetrack is a comprehensive electronic dispatch and fleet management system, originally developed by Sodep (acquired by Datamine in 2023) and proven at 40+ mine sites across Latin America. The system enables real-time mine operation management with complete control over the productive fleet using proprietary communication hardware. Each piece of equipment is tracked through its entire production cycle, with intelligent algorithms maximising productivity while reducing operational costs.

The platform offers integrated tracking for production, ancillary, and light vehicle fleets; centralized dispatch and route management; fuel management; maintenance control; equipment telemetry; and mineral quality control. In November 2025, Datamine enhanced Minetrack through a partnership with Correct-Ai, integrating AI-powered collision avoidance and assisted braking, driver fatigue detection, and a unified data environment. Minetrack also integrates with Datamine's Ore Controller (electronic dig lines) and MineMarket (material tracking from pit to port).
