Trakka

Trakka is Dingo's flagship product — a single-platform solution that collects, analyses, and distils equipment data into actionable maintenance decisions. It integrates with ERP systems (SAP and others), OEM onboard monitoring systems, oil analysis laboratories, mobile field inspection devices, and CMMS platforms to create a unified view of asset health. The platform's proprietary analytics engine applies multivariate data trending, AI/ML failure prediction models, and a configurable Rules Engine for automated threshold management.

Key capabilities include real-time fleet health dashboards, automated work order generation via ERP integration, open-issue tracking and workflow management (from identification through work execution to resolution), cross-fleet and cross-site benchmarking, and customisable asset health reports. The Trakka Field Inspection App enables mobile field data capture that feeds directly into the analytics platform. Dingo claims over $1 billion in total cost savings delivered to clients through Trakka-enabled predictive maintenance programmes.

The latest Trakka versions (5.4 and intelligence v2.0) incorporate enhanced AI capabilities accelerated by the Riverside Company investment. A recent case study documented prevention of 60 hours of unplanned downtime at a remote gold mine, equating to more than $1M in avoided production losses.
