MinePortal is a next-generation orebody knowledge platform acquired from DataCloud International in 2021 for approximately A$20M. It processes high volumes of geological and operational data in real time while applying geostatistical and ML algorithms to identify orebody trends and patterns. The platform enables real-time 3D geological visualisation accessible from any browser, eliminating the need for heavy desktop software.
MinePortal contains three integrated solutions: Data Lab (data analysis and management), Blast Intelligence (blast design optimisation from measure-while-drilling data), and Blend Intelligence (material blending optimisation). It integrates natively with IMDEXHUB-IQ sensor data and BLASTDOG downhole data, enabling a continuous workflow from data acquisition through geological modelling to operational decision-making. The platform is particularly strong for exploration and grade control applications where rapid 3D data interpretation drives drill targeting and mine planning decisions.
