A mining-specific Learning Management System designed for MSHA (Mine Safety and Health Administration) compliance. Features include digital training certificate management for MSHA 5000-23 forms, one-click QR-based lookup of employee training records, automated 30/60/90-day expiry notifications for miner training certificates, training plan creation, and progression plan management for promotions with supervisor sign-offs. Supports both Part 46 and Part 48 mine training requirements.

The Enterprise version of the LMS delivers advanced task training, competency group management, career advancement planning tools, and cross-site compliance reporting — enabling safety managers to track training status and skill competency across an entire organisation from a single dashboard. Financial metrics tracking connects training investment to compliance outcomes.

Integrates with GroundHog's fleet management and safety modules, providing a connected view from training compliance through to operational assignment. Also integrates with HR systems including Oracle, SAP, and Workday. Primarily serves the North American mining market where MSHA compliance is mandatory, but also deployed internationally.
